Another Beginners tut (coz I'm only a beginner too)
I thought I would show some Photoshop user a few basics on the selecting and gradient tools. Sorry I dont go into very much detail on this one. I didn't have much time to finish it.

You go into Select > Modify > Contrct up in the top bar.
